We wish we could ship your product today, but we gotta make it first. Every order is made custom in our shop near Boise, Idaho. The shipping transit timeline begins after the order is paid for and made just for you.
Shipping Costs on Large Packages
Pricing shipping for custom products and orders of all shapes and sizes can be tricky. We do our best to charge no more and no less than what the shipping costs us, and sometimes oversized and large quantity orders require custom shipping quotes. If in doubt please contact us, our customer service team can calculate the exact shipping cost for your unique and custom order in a quick minute. If an additional shipping charge applies to your order we will contact you with a shipping quote before we start to manufacture your product.
United States Shipping
- Continental U.S. Ground Shipping transit time is 2-5 business days
- Alaska and Hawaii Ground Shipping transit times are 3-5 business days

United States Non-Contiguous Shipping Rates

- Large packages cost more to ship. We charge an oversized shipping fee on items 24 inches and larger for domestic packages and over 12 inches or 5 pounds for international packages.
- Expedited shipping is not available on oversized packages.
Freight Shipping
- Freight can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks for delivery. Freight deliveries without a liftgate are dock to dock, which means the receiving party is required to remove the product from the truck via a loading dock or with a forklift. Truck drivers are not responsible for removing the product off of the truck by hand. If you do not have a freight dock or a forklift then a Lift Gate will be required to be added to the shipment for an additional fee. The shipment will be unloaded from the freight truck but the driver will not assist in carrying the item inside, it will be unloaded from the vehicle and left outside. Freight delivery drivers will not help unpack, clean, or put together any of the packaged items.

- Canadian orders are subject to import duties and customs taxes, each calculated based on the total value of the product and depending on Canada's particular requirements. These fees are not included in the order total.
- Items larger than 12 inches or over 5 pounds will be subject to oversized shipping fees.
- We recommend all Canadian orders be shipped via FedEx. If USPS shipping is selected, we cannot offer any tracking information, guarantee of delivery or accept any liability for lost orders.
- FedEx Canada transit time is 3-5 business days
- USPS to Canada transit time is 1-3 weeks

International Shipping
- International orders are subject to import duties and customs taxes, each calculated based on the total value of the product and depending on that country's particular requirements. These fees are not included in the order total.
- All international credit card orders MUST have the same billing and shipping address. If your billing address does not match your shipping address we can accept PayPal payments only.
- Items larger than 12 inches or over 5 pounds will be subject to oversized shipping fees.
- Fedex International transit time is 3-4 business days
- USPS transit time is 1-3 weeks
