We display the estimated ship date on the product after you have configured the options. This estimated ship date will also appear on your email confirmation. Typically, products ship within 5-10 business days. With standard shipping, your order should arrive within 10-15 business days from the order date. You can get rush delivery of your order but there is no rush production time.
No, all of our products are custom made per order. We are pleased to offer virtually limitless sizes, letter styles, finishes and colors in our manufacturing process.
No, our computer guided machines can cut any shape. Please email us with your artwork and we’ll get you a quote within 2 business days.
For most names, we have found that 8 to 14 inch tall letters look the best. This is especially true if some of the lettering is lowercase, since many of the lowercase letters will be shorter than their uppercase counterparts. A thickness of 1/4 inch is the most popular, but any thickness will work depending on the look that you are trying to achieve.
We do offer some of our products at a discount to some clients. Contact us with information on what you are looking for and we can let you know if it is eligible for a discount.
Laws have changed regarding internet sales and state sales tax. We must charge state sales tax on orders originating from states we have nexus (we sell enough product in that state to be considered to have a significant presence). We charge sales tax on orders from: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin.
Some states require we charge sales tax on shipping. Shipping
Letters shipping within the United States that are 26 inches or larger will be charged actual shipping charges. Packages that are larger than 12 x 12 inches or weigh over 5lbs shipping internationally will be charged actual shipping charges. This may be more than the shipping amount shown in the shopping cart. We will contact you before starting your order for approval.
Yes, shipping outside the USA will be charged additional shipping. Most orders will arrive within 10 to 15 business days depending on location. Click here for more shipping details.
What if my product arrives broken or defective?
Simply give us a call within 2 weeks of receiving your order and we will replace it free of charge.
If you receive a product that does not match the description online or you feel the quality isn’t up to standards, we will work with you to provide a product that will satisfy expectations.
We try to create a visual with digital renderings and material samples, but if you find you just don’t like the finished product or have changed your mind, we will work with you to find a replacement. If the replacement is more than your original total, we will only charge the difference.
Letters can be installed with adhesive alone or a combination of adhesive and hardware. There are different instructions for the various mounting options. We provide video instructions on the product pages and in our blog.
